All Silver Echoes jewelry is handcrafted and shipped from Okanagan Falls, BC, Canada.

• Processing time: Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping method: All orders are sent via Canada Post. 

• Shipping rates: Free shipping within Canada. $15.00 everywhere else excluding the USA).

• Delivery times: Within Canada 3–10 business days;  international times vary.

• Customs and duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

• Delays: Silver Echoes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
